FLOOD AT SHAH ALAM

Lately, it always rain in Malaysia. It not only normal rainfall but it also heavy rainfall include thunder and lightning. Shah Alam 2 have flood and damaged houses there. Almost 20,000 residents stranded when the gateway inundated by flood water after heavy rains since last evening. This resident area drowned by flood almost 1 meter and affect others to move to the safety place. Besides, clogged drain make that area flooded. In this situation, move the safety place is more important than saved the property.

THE JAPANESE ECONOMY FELL INVITINGLY ANXIETY MALAYSIA

As we know that Japan country is a development country that have good economy. Recently, economic in Japan dropping suddenly because of the higher sales tax that imposed by Prime Minister, Shinzu Abe. Sales tax that imposed become higher from 5% to 8%, made Japan decreasing the import from other countries including Malaysia. Because of economy in Japan fell, Malaysia felt insured because Japan is one of the largest trading in the world partner. Therefore, I suggest that Malaysia need to increase the entrepreneur among Malaysian people to decrease import goods from other countries.

ISSUE OF GROWING UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG GRADUATE STUDENTS

Today's world is increasingly challenging. Now only study existing debt obligations, for furthering studies. The latest and every year we will continue to see the unemployment statistics in Malaysia where recorded a total of 200,000 graduates are included in the group of unemployed in the country but these 200,000 graduates this does not include the number of graduates who completed their studies this year. Its is because of the unstable economic cycle and also they do not eager to find a job. Besides, the employer wants to hire employees that have skill and knowledgeable in order to have good quality of work then. Therefore, I suggest we need to implement skills such as communication skill, technical skill and so on.

Is It Spank Children a Crime for Parents?

Recently, case of parents punish their children became an issue. Most of people said that spank children is a crime. For instance, the case of Malaysian family in Sweden. In my opinion, parents can punish their children according to the problem of the children made and do not too spoil their children. In Islamic religion, spank the children when they don't want to pray is one of method to teach them but it do when they not baligh yet. Other than that, parents need to show the affection to them and do good things as role model for them to learn and follow.

Issue of Increasing in Toll

Increasing price in toll make people dissatisfied especially for people who go to work back and forth from home to workplace. It is because they need to go through toll everyday. Their expenses of living become increase than before. Otherwise, government give compensation payments of RM558.69 million to people. The result that can be assumed is same as increasing in toll. Therefore, the number of car is growing day by day maybe the profit that can be gain more, so my suggestion is reduce the price of toll for reducing the burden of people.

REDUCTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN BUDGET 2016

In budget 2016, government stated that the provision of KPT had been decreased from RM 15.785 billion (5.8% of the total 2015 budget allocation) to RM 13.378 billion (5% of the overall budget allocation in 2016) which is decreased compared to last year. Many people especially people who study felt dissatisfied with that statement. It is because of GST implied and rising in cost of living, they think that government should increase the provision of KPT. Effect can be seen through students who are from poor family had to pay the expensive fees and expenses for their education. Therefore, I suggest that government need to give provision to help students who came from poor family.

Depreciation in Price of Secondhand Car

Before the 13th General Election, there was manifesto between Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat where BN planned to reduce car prices 20% -30% for the 5 year period prior to the 14th General Election (2018). While the PR with a promise to drop the price of cars by 20% every year for the last 5 years. Finally, BN managed to retain power and they recently announced policies and mechanisms to decrease in car prices 20% -30% as promised in the NAP 2014. Ther price drop between RM4000 to RM7000 per car.
There are 2 elements why the price of car high. There are money car excise Malaysia between 40% -105% and AP import authorizations are bringing in prefabricated cars (CBU) to Malaysia to a "special group". If both elements reduced, the price of car maybe can be less than before.
